History
While the exact impact date of this meteorite remains a mystery, its descent in 1879 near Tenham station in the remote Australian outback was witnessed by a number of people. Smaller fragments of the meteorite were unearthed within a radius of 12 miles by 3 miles. A larger piece of this meteorite is on display at the Natural History Museum in London.
