Each 1 oz Colorized Scottsdale Connecticut State Flag Silver Bar is individually housed in a protective capsule. This bar is part of the Scottsdale Flag Bar Series and boasts a unique colorized reverse. The series includes 54 bars, representing all 50 U.S. state flags, as well as the flags of the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
Obverse
The obverse of the Colorized Scottsdale Connecticut State Flag Silver Bar showcases the Scottsdale Lion. This crowned lion, in a front-facing relief, is the mint’s emblem and is positioned on the right side of the bar. The left side of the field includes the mint name, with the weight, metal content, and purity of the bar listed at the top.
Reverse
On the reverse side of the 1 oz Colorized Connecticut State Flag Silver Bar, youll find the Connecticut state flag. The three grapevines on the shield are the central feature of the flag. These vines are believed to represent the three original settlements that merged to form Connecticut: Hartford, Windsor, and Wethersfield. Some historians also suggest that the grapevines may symbolize either the European settlers who brought grapevines or the Native Americans who taught them agricultural techniques.
History
The azure blue background of the flag is significant in itself. Blue is often associated with loyalty and justice, values important to the state’s identity. The use of this color also connects Connecticut’s flag to those of other states and to the blue field of the United States flag, symbolizing Connecticut’s place within the Union.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most BGASC orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
