{{/presale}}Christmas is a universally cherished holiday, celebrated around the world with enthusiasm. The iconic poem “A Visit from St. Nicholas,” commonly known as “The Night Before Christmas,” was authored by Clement C. Moore in 1823. This poem significantly contributed to shaping the modern image of Santa Claus and the enduring Christmas traditions. Currently, you can purchase 1 oz Merry Christmas Holly Silver Rounds online at BGASC.
Highlights:
Each 1 oz Merry Christmas Holly Silver Round is carefully packaged in individual plastic flips. For those looking to buy in bulk, they are also available in protective tubes containing 20 silver rounds or boxes that hold 500 silver rounds, with each box comprising 25 separate 20-round tubes.
Designs
On the obverse side of the Merry Christmas Holly Silver Round, you’ll find the cherished Christmas greeting “MERRY CHRISTMAS” surrounded by beautifully detailed holly branches. Holly, with its vibrant green leaves and red berries, is frequently used in wreaths, garlands, and various festive decorations during the Christmas season. These decorations not only add to the visual appeal but also evoke a sense of warmth and tradition, enhancing the festive spirit of the holiday season. Holly is often paired with other evergreen plants like pine and fir to create visually captivating Christmas displays. The reverse design element is blank.
History
Holly is a commonly used Christmas decoration due to its deep religious symbolism. The sharp leaves of holly are said to symbolize the crown of thorns worn by Jesus during his crucifixion, while the red berries represent his sacrificial blood. This symbolism serves as a poignant reminder of the Christian significance of Christmas, focusing on the birth of Jesus and his ultimate sacrifice.
