Silver half dollars were first produced for circulation in 1794. For more than 150 years, the obverse of the coin featured Lady Liberty in various poses. 1947 was the last year that Liberty appeared on circulation silver coinage.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
