{{/presale}}As the 19th century came to a close, the United States Mint increased its production of Morgan Silver Dollars, especially at the New Orleans Mint. After the Civil War, the New Orleans Mint was eventually brought back online and became a key player in coining these popular silver dollars. Now, certified 1899-O Morgan Silver Dollar Coins are available to you from BGASC.

These 1899-O Morgan Silver Dollars have been graded as Mint State 65 by the PCGS, meaning they show only minor contact marks and maintain strong eye appeal with an above-average luster.
Obverse
On the obverse of the 1899-O Morgan Silver Dollar, Lady Liberty is depicted in left-profile. Designed by George T. Morgan, she is shown wearing a Phrygian cap with a laurel wreath and coronet crown, with 13 stars surrounding her head to represent the original colonies.
Reverse
The reverse of the 1899-O Morgan Dollar features the heraldic eagle, another design by George T. Morgan. The bald eagle is shown with its wings spread wide, holding arrows and an olive branch, symbolizing both war and peace. This design stands out because the eagle is not depicted with the typical US national shield.
History
In 1899, the New Orleans Mint was the main production site for Morgan Silver Dollars, minting over 12 million coins. This marked the first of four consecutive years in which the New Orleans Mint would strike the greatest volume of Morgan Dollars among the branch mints.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Most BGASC orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
