These 1922 Peace Silver Dollar Coins are certified as Mint State 65 and encased in protective slabs. MS65 coins exhibit a bright shine and attractive design details, though small, scattered marks or faint lines may appear under close inspection.
Obverse
On the obverse of the 1922 Peace Dollar Coin, Anthony de Franciscis design of Lady Liberty captures the nations ideals of freedom and hope. Liberty is shown in left-profile relief, with flowing hair and a radiant crown of light, accompanied by the national motto and the date.
Reverse
The reverse design of the 1922 Peace Silver Dollar highlights the bald eagle. Resting on a rock with an olive branch in its talons, the eagles calm posture and gaze toward the horizon represent peace and renewal in postwar America.
History
The 1922 Peace Silver Dollar marks a significant production year in the series, with almost half of its total mintage occurring this year. Philadelphia led the effort with 51.737 million coins struck, the highest number for the series. San Francisco and Denver Mints contributed 17.475 million and 15.063 million coins, respectively.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
