Obverse
On the obverse design of the 1999-P 1 oz Proof Silver Eagles, you’ll find the image of Walking Liberty, created in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman and first featured on the US half dollar until 1947.
Reverse
For the reverse field of the 1999-P Proof American Silver Eagles, the mint features John Mercantis modern version of the heraldic eagle. The national seal includes a front-facing bald eagle with the US national shield on its chest. The eagles talons clutch the arrows of war and olive branch of peace, with a triangular cluster of 13 stars overhead.
History
1999 Proof Silver Eagles hold particular significance as the penultimate release from the Philadelphia Mint with a P mint mark. San Francisco issued the coins from 1986 to 1992, and Philadelphia took over from 1993 to 2000. As of 2001, West Point has had the primary responsibility for striking these coins.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
