Obverse
The coins obverse features Queen Elizabeth II. This version of the Queens portrait was developed in 2003 and is the fourth generation effigy of Her Majesty to feature on Canadian coins. The portrait is also the first to feature a monarch without a crown since the reign of her Father, King George VI.
Reverse
The reverse of the coin features the highly symbolic sugar maple leaf design. Developed in 1979 by Walter Ott, this design remains the staple design on all versions of the maple leaf coin, including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
