BGASC is happy to offer the 2023 1/10 oz South African Gold Krugerrand Coin to you in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. The coins in this weight within the series come with either protective plastic flips for individual coins or acrylic tubes for multiples of 50 coins.
Obverse
On the obverse side of 2023 South African Gold Krugerrand Coin, you will find an effigy of Paul Kruger. An influential Boer figure in the 19th century, Kruger played a vital role in the formation of the South African Republic. He would eventually serve four terms as the President of the South African Republic from 1883 to 1902, dying in exile in Switzerland in 1904.
Reverse
The reverse field of the 2023 1/10 oz Gold Krugerrand Coin depicts the national emblem of the modern Republic of South Africa. The animal is shown in right-profile relief with the savanna stretching out behind it on the horizon. This design was used as early as the 1930s on South African currency.
History
South African Krugerrand Coins were introduced in 1967 with a 1 oz gold coin available. The coins were only available in 1 oz gold through 1979, establishing a dominant position in the gold bullion market by 1980 that saw it control 90% of the market. In 1980, fractional-ounce coins were introduced.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
