Each 2025 1 oz Australian Silver Kangaroo Coin is available in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Individual coins are housed in plastic flips, while larger quantities come in protective tubes or mint-sealed boxes. Multiples of 25 are packaged in tubes, and a box contains 250 coins arranged in 10 tubes.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2025 Australian Silver Kangaroo Coins features a bust of His Majesty King Charles III. This portrait was created for the Perth Mint by Dan Thorne and depicts the King in left-profile relief without a crown on his head. This is the first-generation effigy of Charles III.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 2025 1 oz Silver Kangaroo Coins is an image of a leaping kangaroo. This classic design is based on a historic representation of the kangaroo that once appeared on the Australian copper penny. In this design, the kangaroo is shown in left-profile relief as it bounds along, with stylized sun rays filling the background.
History
The four best-known species are the Red Kangaroo, Eastern Grey Kangaroo, Western Grey Kangaroo, and Antilopine Kangaroo, each adapted to different regions and conditions throughout Australia. For instance, the vast Australian outback is a primary habitat for the Red Kangaroo, which is the largest living marsupial on the planet. These magnificent creatures can often be seen hopping across the red sands of the desert at dawn and dusk, their rusty-colored fur blending perfectly with the landscape.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Most BGASC orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
