The American Buffalo Gold Coin is a classic coin produced by the U.S. Mint. The coin is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives to you looking hot off the mints presses. These coins have been given a grade of MS70 indicating they have their full, original mint luster with no post-production imperfections. Each coin is shipped inside a protective plastic slab from PCGS or NGC. The slab helps protect the coin surfaces from scratches, dents, or dings.
Obverse
The obverse of this classic coin features the effigy of a Native American. Created in 1913 by James Earle Fraser, this image originally appeared on the Buffalo Nickel. The upper right-hand corner of the obverse has the word Liberty stamped on it. No other markings are present on the obverse.
Reverse
The reverse of the coin features the iconic American Buffalo. This design is based on the buffalo Black Diamond. This buffalo was a resident of the Central Park Zoo in New York City during the early decades of the 20th century. The buffalo design also appeared on Frasers Buffalo Nickel.
History
The history of this coin does not go back very far as it was first minted in 2006. The Native American on its obverse and buffalo design on its reverse, however, go back to the days of the Buffalo Nickel.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most BGASC orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
